These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Curate marketing website at getcurate.elleve.no (the "Website"), operated by Elleve AS.

These Terms apply to the Website only. They do not govern the Curate product or service itself. If you sign up as a Curate customer, your use of the Curate service is governed by a separate agreement and separate terms entered into at sign-up, which take precedence over these Terms in respect of the service.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
